Tyson Snow is a partner of PADRM. His practice focuses on management-side employment litigation and intellectual property litigation and protection. Mr. Snow has represented several Fortune 100 companies and many of Utah’s largest (and smallest) employers in employment-related administrative and litigation matters. He also consults and advises these clients with respect to their employment practices and human resources needs. Tyson’s employment litigation practice focuses on all aspects of management-side counseling and litigation including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, sexual harassment, retaliation, and various other employment discrimination claims. In addition to counseling employers and business owners, Mr. Snow spends a significant amount of time helping clients protect their intellectual property, trade secrets, and other proprietary information. His intellectual property litigation practice focuses on patent litigation, trademark and trade dress disputes, cybersquatting, copyrights, and other technology / cyberlaw related issues. Mr. Snow leans on his background in computer science in representing a variety of tech-companies, from startups to large corporations, with intellectual property, licensing, contracts, and other legal needs. This background allows him to help clients address the various concerns that all business owners and entrepreneurs face as they strive to succeed in a world where technology and information are becoming more and more important in nearly all employment and business related decisions. Mr. Snow also also handles a variety of commercial litigation cases involving licensing agreements and disputes, commercial contract disputes, real estate contract disputes, and technology related agreements and breaches, and similar disputes and resolutions. He also helps clients obtain IP protection, license products and services, and negotiate with third-parties in furtherance of his clients businesses. Above all else, Mr. Snow prides himself on his work ethic and his sincere desire to understand his clients’ business and their business needs. Tyson has handled various matters in California, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, Kentucky, and New York. He is also licensed to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Snow obtained his J.D. degree from the BYU Law School, which is also where he met his wife, Sara, who is a patent attorney.
