What rights do I have iif my spouse files for separation while I am away on a business trip? We have 2 small children and we rent a house. She has told me I can pick up my things but the separation was not my idea so I want to know my rights so far as getting back into my residence which I pay all the rent on as I am the sole worker. She is a stay at home mom.And also my rights to see my children.
