Recently I was let go from my job at Dottty's do to my Gaming card being denied. I received a letter saying that I could appear for a hearing for my case and I would like to be represented by an attorney yet I cannot afford one. I was wondering what are your rates, and what should I do for my case. They gave me Washoe County as one I can contact. On March 4, 2013 I was charged with petit larceny per summons from LVMPD. Which I failed to disclose this incident on my gaming application. I was also interviewed by one of there gaming agents and I denied having been charged. Reason for me denying the petit larceny was in court I was told that the case would be dismissed and would not be on my record. I applied for the gaming card around late May early June. They have objected my gaming card due to that I was Fired from my job. They sent me a letter saying that I can request for a hearing and explain my case. I just want to know what is my best move in this situation. I am very new to this. My case was dismissed on September 6,2013. Please I am really struggling on what to do. I just need something to point me in the right direction.

As this case was dismissed, it will certainly not show on your record as a conviction. The fact that you were charged obviously does show up to the gaming commission and the fact that you lied about being charged counts against you. You might need an attorney to clear this up. These sites do not allow attorneys to solicit clients or quote fees. You might call some listed on the site for their rates.
