I have full sole primary physical custody of my 6 year old child. If something were to happen to me and I had a will stating I wanted my daughter to be in the custody of my wife will that hold up?

the best interest of the child is always the most important standard when determining custody, but naming her as guardian over your child in the will would give her the advantage in any custody dispute.
