Q1. Is it possible to get a speeding ticket from 12/24/2010 expunged or removed from my DMV record, if so...how? Q2. Is it possible to get a DWI that was reduced to an SIS removed from my DMV record from 2004, if so...how?

1. Yes. I do that type of thing all the time. All that must be done is to hire an attorney to file a "Motion to Set Aside a Plea of Guilty". I must say, however, that most judges will allow an old ticket like this to be fixed by an attorney ONLY IF you were NOT represented by an attorney when you plead guilty and paid the fine. Contact me and I can help you out with that. 2. Yes, however, you must wait 10 years to get a DWI expunged (even if it was reduced to an SIS). Hope this helps.
