Check out The Independent Film Producer's Survival Guide, a book whose authors include Mark Halloran and Harris Tulchin, Los Angeles Attorneys that I had as adjunct professors while in law school. Great place to start if you aren't ready for general counsel yet. Best, Natasha

Any responses provided are for the purpose of providing legal information and not for the purpose of giving legal advice on your specific matter. By responding I do not intend to form an attorney-client relationship and do not represent clients until consulting with them by phone or in person and after entering into a signed written legal services agreement. I strongly recommend consulting with an attorney regarding any information you learn online.
