What is your question? Have the new owners given you a 90-day notice to vacate? You are likely not obligated to continue paying the former owner, but the general rule is that the new owner is only required to give you 90-days notice to vacate (regardless of if you've been paying rent). So, if they've given you that notice and the 90-day period has expired, they can start an unlawful detainer action (which it looks like they did based on the Sheriff showing up), and evict you. I recommend seeing an attorney to determine all of your rights. ------ This information is given for legal education only. It may not work for your specific situation. It is not legal advice, and I am not your lawyer. You have to find your own local lawyer to get legal advice and help with your problem.
