She signed a durable power of attorney over to my mother who has been taking care of her for ten years or.more. my aunt has tried to have my mother arrested for even.going over to.see my grandmother and has hired caretakers to live in house. After the revocation and new.poa is filed and.recorded,.whY is the next step in having the.caretakers removed from the premises and my mom back home with my grandmother? Do we.need to get a police man to go with her
