How can u get a domastic assult dropped if the victom didnt press charges but the state picked it up

Even if the "victim" doesn't want to press charges, the state can move forward anyway. They can use any officer observations and certain statements at the scene in a prosecution. Depending on the jurisdiction and the evidence, depends on your chances of getting the case dismissed. Hire an Attorney.
