I am currently under investigation by a Federal agency. How can I find out what information they have requested / subpoenaed in that effort? Examples would include: email, phone records, whether they have put any tracking or listening devices on my car, phone, SMS, etc. Thanks!

I think if you know you are under investigation, you can assume the Federal Government will use all avaliable resources to collect information against you.
