What is the chances of winning sole custody when you have. Been doing 50/50 since born and child is two. Im the mother and im getting concerrnedabt the. Emotional stability of my daughter.

The chances depend on what the facts are and what signs your daughter is having which demonstrate her emotional stability. In addition, the Judge will look at the status quo, whether there is a correlation between her emotional well being and the custody schedule, and which parent is going to best provide for her current and future well being. In some instances, having a more stable schedule where the child has one "home" but still has regular contact is best for the child.
