Can my aggravated assault case get thrown out because the paperwork states that I am a white male while I am actually a black female

Response by lawyer Michael Kotik. It would depend on a lot of factors in the case. However, the fact that the police officer in the paperwork made a mistake, already tells me that there might be some problems with the case.
