  • SEAWORTHY
    This adjective, applied to a vessel, signifies that she is properly constructed, prepared, manned, equipped, and provided, for the voyage intended. See SEA WORTHINESS.

    In criminal law. Those persons who assist, direct, and support others engaged in fighting a duel.
