Question

I have worked at a Law Firm now for 6 going on 7 years. I became pregnant and at first my boss was happy. Now he is acting mean and hiring a new paralegal, I have been the only paralegal in the office for 6 years now. He tells me it is an add on because of how we are expanding but he has become more mean to me. By for example emailing me questions on files he has no part of. And also we have Wednesday meetings and because I am the only one that travels as everyone else lives in the city he now reschedules them if I am 10 mins as before he would just start without me. I don't trust him and I know he is trying to get me to quit. His partner who works with us told me that the paralegal is my replacement and then said he was just joking, he said this more than once to me now. What legal recourse do I have?
