I live in New York State and own a house that us land locked . I have two right of ways in my deed one to the south if property and one to the side these are owned by two separate people. The one to the side if us I was made to purchase an easement also fir sewage line. The people who own that right if way are now paving over it and putting fence blocking the end, the right if way to the front has a small dead space which I was told by our surveyors no one owned, I have lived here 15 yrs w no problems I have used the dead space entire time and now want to extend my fence to the end if dead space what are my rights to extending the fence line and to the other people who have fenced in said right of way paving over by easement with sewage line?
