In the state of Colorado, if I was rear ended and damage was done to my vehicle, am I entitled to have my vehicle fixed with new brand name parts? This accident and damaged caused was not due to negligence on my part. I have agreed to the terms and conditions of Use, however, before this is binding, I beleive I should be given the terms and conditions.

Yes, you can demand OEM Parts, not after market parts when having your car repaired. You can also choose whatever shop you want to repair the damage.

Nothing in this communication should be considered legal advice. Nor should this communication lead you to believe that an attorney-client relationship has been created. Only after thorough analysis of your case with you in my office can I provide effective legal advice on your specific issue.
