The depends on the incomes of each of them, what the custodial schedule is, and whether there has been a chance justifying you receiving less child support. In many instances, the incomes of the parties or the costs of the child have changed so much that a recalculation based on the new facts does not ultimately change the amount you should be receiving. You can find the North Carolina Child Support Guidelines online and run some hypothetical child support worksheets based on the incomes that you know, costs for daycare or after-school care, and insurance and whether he is receiving or paying child support at all.
