What are the Personality Rights of a famous athlete that passed away 12 years ago? Their likeness will be used for an artistic purpose regarding their life, and will be sold. I should note that the likeness to be used will be one when they were much younger (their 20's), and at the time was used in print media for advertisements. From what I gather, Personality Rights largely depend on where you live, and for this purpose it will be in either New York or Pennsylvania. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
