my parked car was struck by an uninsured motorist. In New Hampshire small claims court, can I sue for more than the blue book value of the vehicle? If so, how much more and how do I go about doing so? driving is my livelihood and I'd recently spent a significant amount of money to make the vehicle reliable.

You can sue for damages other than the value of the car. You need to be prepared to document all the of the damages and have the ability to prove what you are saying.

The possibility of getting more then KBB value in small claims court is pretty low. If the motorist had no car insurance, what is the chance that they actually have money to pay any judgment?
