My husband and I owned a company. If the company gets sued, can they come after our personal belongings like our house since the company is in both our names? Should I removed my name from the comapny?

Is your company incorporated or an LLC? If not, you may consider doing so to protect your liability. Having a business entity forces a plaintiff to sue the company first before suing any members of the company individually. Since you have these concerns, you may want to talk to a business attorney to discuss your options.
