I am doing wholesale business in New York City. I made a deal with a buyer recently, he gave me 5 post dated checks. However, it turned out that he had no enough fund to cover these checks. He told me not to deposit them because he had no money. Is what he is doing against the law? Is it considered "Fraud"? Now he is still selling my merchandise, but he is not paying me. What should I do?
