I didn't pay my rent this month, but I gave a 30 day notice and I'm leaving as of tomorrow. Do I get any of my deposit back?

That depends on whether or not the landlord claims there was damage to the property. The deposit is not for the last months rent but for damage to the property. The landlord can deduct for damages done in excess of normal wear and tear.
