Typically, a judgment will not be executed unless each defendant has been served. However, when a defendant cannot be found to be served, an attorney may choose to do something called service by posting. This sounds like a complicated matter that should be answered in person by an attorney who reviews your situation rather than through a website so I highly advise you to speak with a criminal defense attorney in your area regarding this question.

The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements. Further, any statement on this website of prior results does not guarantee a similar outcome and should not be construed as legal advice, since an attorney-client relationship has not been created. Please do not send us confidential information unless an attorney-client relationship has been established, since you will not create an attorney-client relationship by doing so.
