when called for jury duty will my medical marijuana use before reporting eliminate me from duty. Shuld I tell the court I am medicated?

You should tell the court you are medicated and the court will ask you questions about your ability to comprehend and pay attention. Medical marijuana use is not an automatic bar to jury duty.
