My brother was on a school bus on the way back from a field trip when he spit out his gatorade onto the kid in front of him who was turned around facing him. The kid sat in his seat for 15 minutes until the bus got back to the school. When the bus stopped the kid turned around, grabbed my brother by the throat and punched him in the temple 23 times(my dad and a police officer watched the video and counted). My brother blacked out within the first few punches and remembers nothing but the video clearly shows the kid punching him until the bus driver makes her way back and pulls him off. What can we legally do about this? What should we do about this?

Besides blacking out, what injuries did your brother sustain? If he sustained permanent injuries, you should definitely speak with an attorney in your area to review the circumstances of the case. If the attorney finds that his school was negligent, he will proceed with filing a claim against them. If you are unable to find an attorney or have any questions, please call me and I will help you find one 954-913-2273.
