So my twin brother (not identical) has a couple of warrants out for his arrest on theft at an retail store. Now these warrants are about a month old, but I've been pulled over, searched and questioned 3 times this week about his whereabouts, which I know nothing of and they have been aware of this from the start. They continued to tell me that this will probably keep happening to me since he is my brother. Would this be considered harassment?

This would probably not constitute harassment if they have a valid warrant, at least the first few times. However, if it continues for a longer period of time you might consult an attorney as to your rights in this matter.
