Dear Mr. Aronov : I have a question I'm from a small town in southern Il. I heard that our city got a government grant for tearing down condemned homes. The owners of these condemned homes have to pay the city back in payments if necessary. My question is , if the government has already disbursed the moneys to the city and they collect it from the homeowners as well. How or is that legal to get paid twice for one job ? Or is our local government corrupt ? It dont seem fair. Im just a concerned citizen. I personally am not involved with a condemned home. Thank you for your time John T.
