The viral video that originated in Australia, of Subway sandwich clients measuring so called foot-long sandwiches, that in actuality only measured 11" has resulted in the first law suit.

A suit filed in New Jersey in the Mount Holly Supreme Court was filed on January 22nd by John Farley of Evesham and Charles Noah Pendrack, of Ocean City.  The plaintiffs are represented by Stephen Denittis of 'Shabel & Denittis, PC'.

DeNitiis is seeking class-action status and indicated he is preparing a similar case in Pennsylvania State Court.  "The case is about holding companies to deliver what they promise" DeNitiis sad.

Subway has not returned calls calls to the Associated Press in response to the suit.
